How long will this run

THE PEOPLE GETTING RICH WHILE YOU STAY STUCK

June 22, 20267 min read

You know who's having the best year of their life right now?

Your divorce lawyer.

Because there is an entire industry, therapists, life coaches, mediators, that makes more money the longer you stay stuck. They don't get paid when you fix things. They get paid when you keep coming back. Monthly. Indefinitely. With a smile.

And the brutal truth? Most of you watching this are funding that industry right now.

I'm Thomas Trautmann. PhD in artificial intelligence, Grant Cardone certified 10X coach, neuroscience specialist. And I'm going to spend the next seven minutes telling you what those people are never going to tell you, because if they did, you'd stop paying them.

Your brain has three open wounds right now.

One around your revenue.

One around your reputation.

One around your relationships.

And until all three are addressed at the same time, you will stay exactly where you are. No matter how many therapists you see, no matter how many masterminds you join, no matter how many podcasts you consume on your morning run pretending it counts as personal development.

Let me show you what I mean.

The first wound is the one you feel at three in the morning.

It's not about money. Not really. It's about what running out of money would mean. It means you couldn't provide. It means the people who depend on you would see you fail. It means your parents, your partner, your kids, your employees, would find out that you were never as solid as you looked.

That fear, that specific fear of being exposed as someone who couldn't pull it off, is running in the background of every single decision you make. Every pitch. Every negotiation. Every time you undercharge because you're scared the client will walk.

You're not making business decisions. You're making survival decisions. And your brain doesn't know the difference.

The second wound is quieter. More embarrassing to admit.

You're good at what you do. You might actually be exceptional at what you do. But the right people don't know it yet. The speaking invites go to someone with half your competence. The premium clients call someone with a louder brand. You watch people you started with get the recognition you deserve and you tell yourself it doesn't bother you.

It does.

Because deep down this isn't about ego. It's about something far more primal. You want the people you love to be proud of you. Your parents. Your partner. Your team. You want to walk into a room and be the person everyone already knows. Not because you're vain. Because you worked too hard and too long to still be the best kept secret in your industry.

The third wound is the one that's costing you the most money, and nobody is connecting it to your revenue.

Your relationships.

Not just your marriage, although we will get there. Your circle. The quality of the people around you. The trust in the room. Whether your partner sees you as the person they bet on, or just the person who pays the bills and stresses about the business.

Here is what the neuroscience shows, and this is what the divorce lawyers and the relationship coaches are never going to tell you, because it would put them out of business.

When there is tension at home, your brain floods with cortisol. That's the stress hormone. And when cortisol floods your brain, your decision quality drops by measurable, documented, scientifically verified amounts. You miss deals you should close. You misread rooms. You come across as harder, colder, less magnetic than you actually are.

Which means your relationship wound is directly bleeding into your revenue.

Which means fixing your relationship is literally a business strategy.

Which means every month you spend in couples therapy talking about your feelings without understanding the neuroscience underneath them is a month of lost deals you will never get back.

I am not saying therapy is useless. I am saying that talking about the problem without a brain-based framework to fix it is like taking painkillers for a broken leg. You feel slightly better. The leg is still broken.

So here is the tool. The one thing you can do tonight.

I call it the Subconscious Frustration Scan. It takes ninety seconds. You do not need an app. You do not need a coach. You do it right now.

Ask yourself three questions. And I mean actually ask them, not skim past them like you're scrolling LinkedIn.

Question one. What would it mean about me as a person if my revenue stayed exactly where it is for the next three years? Not what would happen practically. What would it mean about you.

Question two. Who specifically do I most want to be proud of me right now, and do they actually know what I've built?

Question three. When did I last have a conversation with my partner, or my closest person, that had nothing to do with logistics, money or the business?

Those three answers just told your brain more about your real performance blockers than six months of strategy sessions.

Because here's what Make Me Great is built on, and what I have spent twenty years inside IBM, HP, Bosch, and now my own company proving.

Your primal brain makes every single decision two hundred times faster than your rational brain. That's not a metaphor. That's measured neuroscience. Daniel Kahneman won the Nobel Prize confirming this. The decisions you think you're making rationally, who to pitch, how to price, whether to confront your partner or avoid it again tonight, are already made by the primal brain before your conscious mind even knows it's happening.

Which means the only way to actually change your results in revenue, in reputation, in relationships, is to work directly on the subconscious frustrations that are running the show. Everything else is noise.

Now here's the part where I'm supposed to tell you I have a programme and you should buy it.

I do have a programme. I'll get to that in a second.

But first I want to name something that the coaching industry gets completely backwards.

Most coaches will tell you to fix your business first. Get the revenue right. Then the relationship stuff will sort itself out. Then you'll feel confident enough to build your reputation.

That is biologically wrong.

The three wounds feed each other in both directions. The relationship stress floods your brain with cortisol, which costs you deals, which increases the revenue fear, which makes you more stressed at home, which creates more distance with your partner, which means you go into the next pitch already running on a compromised nervous system.

Or you flip the loop.

You address all three simultaneously. Your nervous system stabilises. Your primal brain stops scanning for threats and starts scanning for opportunity. You walk into the room differently. People feel it before you say a word. Clients stay. Revenue recurs. Your partner notices. Your team trusts you more.

That is the Make Me Great system. That is what I built it to do.

And the app, because yes there is an app, is where that work happens every day. Not once a year at a retreat. Not once a month on a coaching call. Every day. With a community of business owners and executives who are wired exactly the way you are, who understand what it costs to build something, and who are done pretending the personal stuff and the professional stuff are separate conversations.

It's called the Make Me Great app. It's private, application only, and it's built for exactly the person watching this video.

Or if you want to go deeper faster, book a 3R strategy call with me directly. Thirty minutes. We map your three wounds together. You leave with a clear action, not a sales pitch. The link for that is in the first comment too.

Either way, stop funding the industry that profits from keeping you stuck.

Your brain already knows what it needs.

It's time to give it the right system.
